How Buying Works
Buy a single case, a pallet or a full truckload. No membership fee and no minimum order.
Who can buy?
Businesses and individual resellers can buy from Grandcrest Liquidators: first-time buyers, retailers, online sellers, wholesalers, exporters and high-volume operators. You do not need a business license just to purchase from us. Your local area may require permits, licenses or tax documents before you resell, and tax-exempt purchases may need a valid resale certificate.
Step 1: Browse the inventory
Look through available merchandise and pricing. Inventory may be offered as cases, pallets, multi-pallet lots or full truckloads.
Each listing shows the details we have: condition, approximate quantity, estimated retail value and photos. Stock changes constantly. Some programs recur, while others sell once and may not return in the same form.
Step 2: Review the details
Ask for manifests, condition notes and extra photos where available. We respond by WhatsApp or email.
Check whether the lot is manifested, partially manifested or unmanifested, and read the condition label carefully.
Step 3: Choose how to buy
- WhatsApp: message us the lot you want
- Email: send the item number or product name
- Request a quote: ask for a tailored price on selected inventory
Step 4: We confirm, then you pay
Sending an inquiry or cart request does not complete a purchase. We confirm availability, final price, any taxes or fees, documentation, payment and shipping or pickup. Inventory is not sold until the order is confirmed under our purchase terms. Payment instructions follow confirmation, and orders are generally paid within 48 hours.
Step 5: Ship or collect
We ship within the United States and internationally, or you can arrange your own carrier. Options include parcel or courier, pallet and LTL freight, full truckload, international freight and your own truck.
Shipping is normally separate from the merchandise price unless the listing says otherwise.
